An Ultra Marathon for Marathon

Sunday 4th Oct
I will be taking on my first Challenge to raise funds for my London Marathon 2027 in aid of Scope on Saturday October 10th 2026
As a supporter of Brighouse Town AFC I will be walking from that days opposition ground Kirk Deighton Rangers AFC near Wetherby to Brighouse Town Football Club to deliver the match ball. This equates to an Ultra Marathon and will require me to set off at 4.00am to reach the ground in time for kick off. 

A Landmark Marathon for a Landmark Birthday

Tuesday 29th Sep
As I turn 60 on April 22nd 2027 I will be celebrating by running the Iconic Streets of London 3 days later for Scope in memory of my Dad!
Scope were there for my Dad after his devastating Stroke, they encouraged his communication skills by putting him in social situations and his dexterity through crafting etc. The support given was invaluable at the time and the help will never be forgotten.
I will be planning various fundraising events in the lead up to the Marathon, so keep an eye on this page for updates and all support will be greatly appreciated.
