I'm fundraising for...
There are 16 million disabled people in the UK. That’s one in four of us. Life is harder when you’re disabled. You're twice as likely to be unemployed, getting care is a struggle and the cost of living is higher. It’s wrong and unacceptable. So, I'm fundraising for Scope to create a fairer society.
We want a future that’s fair to disabled people, always. Together we’ll use our collective power to change attitudes and end the injustice.
Join me in making this happen. Let's end disability inequality, today.

The Start of a journey.
Thursday 13th AugI’m a single working dad of 2 amazing boys, aged 12 and 14.
They are my world, and like any parents, I want to show them that no matter what life puts in front of you, you must keep going, you keep believing and you never give up.
I also work as a cook in a mental health care home.
Working there has taught me that everyone deserves kindness, dignity, understanding and the opportunity to live the best life they possibly can.
The training, the early mornings, the long runs, the tired legs and the long miles pounding those pavements are going to be tough. But whenever it gets hard, I’ll remind myself that I’m not just running for a medal.
I’m running for Scope.
I’m running to make my boys proud.
And I’m running to show them that anything is possible when you’re willing to work for it.
I’m looking forward to the training and dredging it as well. The tears, the smiles, the tough days and then hopefully the finish line of the London Marathon 😱.
“Never look back and always move forward”
Let’s do this! 🏃♂️❤️
