Running the London Marathon for Scope is incredibly personal to me. Growing up with two brothers with disabilities has shaped so much of who I am and has shown me firsthand the challenges disabled people and their families can face. After losing one of my brothers as a result of his disability, this cause means even more to me. I’m running for my brothers, for my family, and for the millions of disabled people who deserve the same opportunities, support and respect as everyone else. Every step of the 42.2km will be for them, and I’m so proud to be raising money for Scope and helping create a fairer future for people who have disabilities.

Running the London Marathon for Scope is incredibly personal to me. Growing up with two brothers with disabilities has shaped my entire life and shown me firsthand that disability doesn’t just affect one person, but the whole family. From countless hospital visits and the emotional toll of watching someone you love face challenges every day, to the financial pressure that comes with providing the care and support they need, it impacts every part of family life. After also losing one of my brothers as a result of his disability, this cause holds an even deeper place in my heart. I’m running for my brothers, my family, and every family navigating a similar journey, and I’m incredibly proud to raise money for Scope to help create a fairer future for disabled people and their families.
