Why I’m running for Scope
In 2027, I’ll be taking on the London Marathon once again, this time proudly running for Scope.
Disability has touched the lives of several families close to me, and I’ve seen the challenges that disabled people and their families can face every day. That made Scope, and its work towards a society where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else, a cause I genuinely wanted to support.
I’ve been fortunate enough to run the London Marathon twice before, raising more than £8,000 for charity, and I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to take it on again.
Every mile of the training and all 26.2 miles through London will have a purpose this time: raising as much as I can for Scope and the people and families they support.
Whether you donate, share my page or simply give me some encouragement along the way, it genuinely means a lot.
Thank you for supporting me — and Scope. Now it’s time to get the miles in! 🏃♂️
